Ceramic coating is a SiO₂ (silicon dioxide) liquid polymer applied by hand to clean paint, then cured. Once set, it forms a semi-permanent layer roughly two microns thick that bonds chemically with your clear coat.
The result is gloss that lasts years (not weeks like wax), water that beads and rolls off carrying contaminants with it, and chemical resistance against tar, bird droppings, sap, and the acidic rain that lingers in coastal cities.
We apply Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light + EXOv5 as our base package — that combination is independently rated for 5+ years of UV-stable performance. Our flagship Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra (CSU) coating is a 9-year warrantied install requiring authorized accreditation, which we hold.
Ceramic doesn't replace PPF. Ceramic resists chemicals; PPF resists physical impact. We run them together for full coverage on supercars and daily commuters alike.

Is ceramic coating worth it in Miami?
Yes — UV-stable coatings buy you 5+ years of gloss in our climate. Wax barely lasts a month here.
Will it scratch-proof my car?
No coating is scratch-proof. Ceramic resists swirl marks from washing and chemical etching, but rocks still chip paint. Pair with PPF for impact protection.
Does my new car already have it?
No — what dealers sell as 'ceramic' is usually a 1-year polymer. The professional 9H multi-year coatings require manual prep, cure time, and accredited installers.
How do I wash a ceramic-coated car?
Two-bucket method, pH-neutral soap, microfiber drying. We provide a starter kit and wash protocol with every install.
Can I add ceramic on top of PPF?
Yes — ceramic over PPF is the gold-standard combo. PPF takes the impact, ceramic keeps the surface chemically pristine and easy to clean.
What if it gets damaged?
Section repairs are possible. Our maintenance schedule includes a yearly inspection where we top up coverage as needed.
